1. Organize and secure booking hotels rooms and suites at the numbers and categories established by the Committee on the coordination with the hotels on the residence of the guests.

2. Secure necessary Airline bookings and communications to confirm the dates of the arrival of guests and deliver invitations to attend the forum and the official papers until they leave the country.

3. Allocating working team for the whole reception at the airport and at hotels (for arrival and departure) and allocating reception office for each designated hotel.

4. Issue visas for the guests to Kuwait with the agreement of the concerned committee.

5. Distribution of invitations to attend the opening ceremony of the conference sessions or for all those required within the State of Kuwait (Ministers - Congress - the ambassadors - the media - reporters - Economists - academics - public figures) to all the different categories.

6. Preparing a program of visits to the guests (for those who wish) to the most prominent features of the State of Kuwait in coordination with the Committee on (the media).

7. over the permanent presence (24 hours) of the Action Team processor resident in the hotel where the guests to meet all the needs and interest in the organization of the movements of the guests and participants and meet all the requirements needed.

8. Overseeing the implementation of serving lunch, dinner and Buffets associated with the Forum and the coordination with the sponsors who would trade in such things, which will be notified by the media committee.

9. Providing a call center (24/24) for reception of communications and inquiries from all participants in the Conference, in addition to the transfers and to provide hotel and flight bookings
